Precision Siteworks – Terms and Conditions

Precision Siteworks is committed to delivering high-quality work with clear communication and professional service. These terms are intended to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both parties.

By accepting a quote or scheduling services with Precision Siteworks, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Estimates and Scope of Work

All estimates are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of quoting. Any changes to the scope, site conditions, or additional requests may result in adjustments to pricing and/or timeline. No additional work will be performed without client approval.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Precision Siteworks reserves the right to adjust scheduling due to weather, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Precision Siteworks accepts card and bank payments. Failure to make payment may result in collection efforts and/or additional fees where permitted by law.

4. Site Access and Conditions

The Client is responsible for providing safe, clear, and reasonable access to the work area. Precision Siteworks is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from restricted access, concealed obstacles, or unforeseen site conditions.

5. Underground Utilities and Property Markings

Precision Siteworks will take reasonable steps to avoid damage; however, the Client is responsible for identifying and disclosing any private utilities, irrigation systems, septic components, or other underground features not marked by public utility locating services. Precision Siteworks shall not be liable for damage to unmarked or improperly identified utilities.

6. Weather and Delays

Work is subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. In the event of delays, Precision Siteworks will communicate promptly and reschedule as necessary. No guarantees are made regarding specific completion dates.

7. Damage and Limitation of Liability

Precision Siteworks will perform all work in a professional manner. However, the company is not responsible for damage to items, surfaces, or structures that are:

  • Not clearly identified prior to work

  • Located within the work area

  • Affected by pre-existing conditions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Siteworks’ liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Materials and Quantities

Material quantities are estimated based on typical conditions. Variations in site conditions may require additional materials and/or labor. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

9. Acceptance of Work

Completion of work and/or payment constitutes acceptance of the work performed. Any concerns must be communicated within a reasonable timeframe so they may be addressed.

10. Right to Refuse or Stop Work

Precision Siteworks reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, outside the agreed scope, or in violation of these terms.
